- Send SMS shift reminders and confirmation requests related to your work schedule
- Communicate operational updates relevant to your assignments
- Maintain accurate records of consent and communication preferences
SMS Communications and Enrollment
Weinbender Labs, LLC operates a workforce shift notification program delivered via SMS. By providing your phone number during onboarding, you agree to receive SMS messages from Weinbender Labs, LLC, including shift reminders and shift confirmation requests.
How the Program Works
Authorized users of our platform may submit the mobile numbers of workers they have a direct working relationship with. Upon submission, the recipient receives a single SMS invitation that includes:
- Identification of Weinbender Labs, LLC as the sender
- The name of the person inviting them
- Description of the program (shift reminders, confirmation requests, schedule changes, cancellation notices)
- Disclosure of message frequency
- Notice that message and data rates may apply
- HELP and STOP instructions
- Links to these terms and our privacy policy
Enrollment and Confirmation
Recipients must reply YES to confirm enrollment. No operational messages are sent without this confirmation. Recipients who take any of the following actions will not be enrolled:
- Reply STOP to the invitation
- Do not respond to the invitation
- The invitation expires after 72 hours without response
Message Details
- Message frequency: Varies based on your schedule
- Message & data rates may apply — Standard rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time

SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-Out Rights

- Honored immediately and permanently
- Applied across all campaigns
- Applied across all platform users
Once you opt out, we will not send you further operational messages from Weinbender Labs' workforce notification program. To re-enroll after opting out, please contact us at labs@weinbender.io.

- Source of enrollment
- Version of the disclosure provided
