These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Weinbender Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our SMS messaging program. By providing your phone number during onboarding, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Messaging Program
Weinbender Labs, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to deliver shift reminders and shift confirmation requests to employees and contractors.
Program Description
- Sender: Weinbender Labs, LLC
- Purpose: Operational shift reminders and confirmation requests
- Message types: Shift reminders, schedule updates, and confirmation links
Enrollment
You are enrolled in our SMS program by providing your phone number during the in-person onboarding process and verbally consenting to receive SMS communications. Enrollment in the SMS program is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or continued service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your assigned schedule. You may receive messages before each scheduled shift or when a shift change occurs.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Weinbender Labs, LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a final confirmation message and remove you from future SMS communications.

Data Sharing
Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
User Responsibilities
By using our services and participating in the SMS program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Notify us promptly if your phone number changes
- Use our communications for their intended purpose only
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weinbender Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or SMS communications, including any carrier delays or failures in message delivery.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
